Using the latest non-contact machining methods we are capable of manufacturing miniature components to tolerances of less than 0.005mm consistently, even during volume production. The other advantages non-contact machining lends itself to is the ultra sharp corner definition of the component, this feature allows ease of corner detection when optical alignment devices are used for assembly.
